Student Wellness
Wellness means taking care of your social, emotional and physical self. If you feel good socially, emotionally, and physically then you do better in school, home, and life. Feeling well overall will make it is easier to learn and the stress of life is more easily managed. Many times it is difficult to control the events in your world, but you can control your response. This is a place for students, families, and staff to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings. Your feelings are normal; the current situation is not. We are here to support you.
