Facility Use Request

All groups, both district and outside, must fill out a Use of Facilities application at least four weeks prior to use of facility. 

Outside groups will be charged 2 hours to open and 2 hours to close for non-school days. Additional charges may be applied if more than two hours of cleaning are required. 

Schedule of Fees for Use of Facilities - Effective July 1, 2024

District groups may be charged, if there is maintenance or custodial staff assigned for weekend activities.
