Online Data Confirmation

Oakdale Joint Unified’ s  On-Line Data Confirmation” process, allows parents to update your student’s information instead of having to complete all the forms in the First Day Packet. A AERIES Parent Portal Account must be created to complete the On-line Data Confirmation process. By establishing a Parent Portal Account, you can: complete the on-line data confirmation process, review district Handbooks and Conduct Codes, and view your students’ attendance records, grades, standardized test scores, and much more throughout the school year.

 

The On-Line Data Confirmation window beginning July 16th through August 13, 2018. When parents "Login" to their Parent Portal Account, they can go to the “On-Line Data Confirmation” link which will direct them to confirm information for the 2018-19 school year and to make any corrections or changes.  Again, this process replaces the completion of the annual First Day Packet. The attachments below will explain establishing a Parent Portal Account and the On-Line Data Confirmation process in more detail.
