Room Reservations and School Site Meeting Notifications

Weekend and outside use of the facility for the Technology Center:

  • All groups, both district and outside, must fill out a Use of Facilities Form for weekend use through the District Office at least 10 working days prior to use.
  • All outside groups must fill out a Use of Facilities Form for use through the District Office at least 10 working days prior to use.
  • Outside groups will be charged 2 hours to open and 2 hours to close.  Currently $35.00 per hour.  Additional charges if more than two hours of cleaning required.
  • District groups will be charged if there is no maintenance or custodial staff assigned for other activities at the high school during the requested time.
